2. Free stay conditions

- Guests depart from Noi Bai International Airport on the same day as using the SleepPod service (Airline ticket or boarding pass will be required as evidence)
- Limited to Guests who register for the free service at: http://promotion.hanoiairporthotels.vn/ and receive room confirmation from VATC SleepPod.
- Subject to SleepPod availability at the time/date requested.
- All guests are asked to follow the VATC SleepPod Regulations. VATC SleepPod reserves the right to refuse any guest who fails to observe the Regulations to stay at the SleepPod or use its facilities. Please note that VATC SleepPod reserves the right to take other action as required.

3. Cancellation policy

Your free stay will be cancelled - If you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify this reservation, or do not arrive at your specified check - in time.

4. Extend your stay

In the case you would like to extend your stay, please contact SleepPod's Reception for availability information and make the payment according to our current rate policy.
