Human Resources Management
- Be in charge of organizing the recruitment process
- Conducts effective induction/orientation for new staff
- Maintains updated records of staff information such as contracts, personal profiles, performance reviews, timesheets, contract amendments
- Prepare payroll, tax, and insurance for employees
- Be in charge of dealing with all the issues in terms of Insurance, PIT;
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Administration Management
- Provides administrative work on a daily basis
- Be in charge of organizing events of LOTTE (meetings, workshops, training, outing…)
- Oversee office equipment and inventory tracking
- Be in charge of the procurement process in the company
- Provides support for Foreigners in Logistics & Making visa, working permit, residence card…
